Ingredients
35ml/1.2fl oz Royal Salute 26 Year Old
15ml/0.5fl oz Dundee Cake Liqueur*
30ml/1fl oz Heather Cordial
10ml/0.3fl oz Manzanilla La Gitana
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
Stir to incorporate all ingredients and strain into a tumbler over a block of ice
*To make the Dundee Cake Liqueur:
Add 150ml Almond Nordini, 100ml water, 30g raisins and 35g dried cherries to a food processor, blend and fine strain
